Admission Policy
Admission in St. Joseph’s School is one-time only. Once admitted, the student continues from Balvatika to Class XII, subject to satisfactory academic performance, attendance, and discipline. There is no re-admission process in the school. Admission is granted based on availability of seats and fulfillment of school and CBSE norms. The school management reserves the right to grant or refuse admission without assigning any reason.
Age & Eligibility
Admission to each class is strictly as per CBSE age criteria. Parents/guardians must submit valid documents such as Birth Certificate, Aadhaar (if applicable), and previous school records.
Fee Structure & Payment
School fees are charged for 12 months (April to March) for all classes. Fees must be paid as per the schedule notified by the school. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Non-payment or delayed payment of fees may result in penalties or restriction from classes/examinations.
Withdrawal & Transfer Certificate
A written application must be submitted for withdrawal of a student. All outstanding dues must be cleared before issuance of the Transfer Certificate (TC). No refund of fees will be made in case of mid-session withdrawal.
Attendance Rules
Regular attendance is compulsory for all students. Students must maintain minimum attendance as prescribed by CBSE to be eligible for promotion and board examinations. Leave applications must be submitted in advance.
Discipline & Conduct
Students are expected to maintain proper discipline, good conduct, and respect toward teachers, staff, and fellow students. Any form of misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of school rules may invite strict disciplinary action, including suspension or dismissal.
Academics & Promotion
Promotion to the next class depends on academic performance, attendance, and behavior. The school strictly follows the CBSE curriculum and examination system. The decision of the school regarding promotion shall be final.
Uniform & School Property
Wearing the prescribed school uniform is compulsory. Students must take care of school property. Any damage caused will be recovered from the student/parent.
Health & Safety
Parents must inform the school of any medical condition at the time of admission. In case of emergency, the school will provide first aid and inform parents immediately.
